This work package includes activities that are essential for successful partner cooperation, correct execution of the work plan and timely communication with the EC. The project coordinator UoM is in charge of this work package, while other Consortium members will participate in preparation of yearly reports, financial statements, and risk management. The Project Management Consortium will have the full responsibility for monitoring identified risks and execution of the planned actions to avoid or correct if any of the identified scenarios should occur.

This work package aims to significantly improve excellence capacity and resources of UoM-FEE within three strategic research domains: 1) USN communication protocols and security, 2) USN data processing, and 3) mobile USNs, by implementing strategic measures in the form of staff exchanges, expert visits, and on-site trainings.

This work package aims to create a framework for sustainable collaboration between UoM-FEE and the leading partners through joint research actions focused on the development of energy-efficient, secure and reliable USNs for long-range marine exploration, and by implementing strategic measures in the form of cross-institutional networking of qualified scientists, joint publications, experimental campaigns, workshop and hackathon events.

This work package includes activities that are essential for strengthening research management capacities and improving research proposal preparation and project management/administration skills of UoM-FEE staff.

The leader of this WP is Dr. Marco Bibuli.

The goal of this work package is to significantly increase UoM scientific involvement, innovation potential and broad visibility by implementing strategic measures in the form of organizing wide networking, knowledge and experience transfer events (workshops and summer schools, hackathons).

The leader of this WP is Prof. Nikola Mišković.

In terms of dissemination, the general objectives of MONUSEN will be focused on ensuring that: i) the project will be visibly recognized in European science and technology, ii) significant outreach will be achieved to wider public, and iii) the action will trigger joint activities in the area of USN. The quality and quantity of various outreach efforts, aimed at well-defined and complementary target audiences will be the measure of success in this area.
